You can find Hs Harish Cattering over at No. 8 on 2nd Main Road in Gautam Puram, Ulsoor. This part of Ulsoor has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of it now. We operate from the 2nd Stage area, and the building we are in is just a regular local spot. Harish started this a long time ago, and we have just kept it going year after year. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic with people moving around and spices being ground up. We don't have a website or any of those modern things; most of our work comes from people in Gautam Puram who have known us for ages. Ulsoor is a busy place, and the 2nd Main Road sees a lot of foot traffic. We usually have our doors open, and you can hear the clinking of ladles against the big metal pots throughout the day. We focus on traditional cooking and don't try to make things look too fancy. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning, and there are bags of rice stacked up in the corner. It's a very hands-on business. We don't have a big team, just a few dedicated people who know how to cook for a crowd. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us connected to the people living around here. We don't aim for anything more than just being a reliable local catering service.
