You can find us at Ksrirupa Concorde Residence over in BTM Layout. It’s a well-known part of Bangalore and it is usually pretty crowded with people and cars. Our office is just a part of the building here. We go by Hr and we mostly focus on finding people for different roles. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking details on the computer. BTM Layout is a lively place to be, so there is always something going on outside our door. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work close to home. The office itself is quite simple with just the basics. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s more about just getting the work done. Sometimes we have people dropping by without an appointment, which can be a bit chaotic, but we manage. The internet can be slow occasionally, which is frustrating when you have a lot to upload, but we make do. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It is just us here doing the daily grind. We like being in BTM because everything is nearby. If we need something, we just walk down the street. It’s a very local feel even though Bangalore is such a huge city. We just keep our heads down and work through the lists we have for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish up, but that is part of the job.
