Our little office is located at number 47 on the Hennur Baglur Main Road. If you know the Kothanur area in Bangalore, we are pretty easy to spot. It is a busy road and there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but we get used to it after a while. We go by the name Hr and mostly we spend our time looking through resumes or calling people up for interviews. It’s a straightforward setup with some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of coffee being drank. We don't do anything flashy. Some days are really quiet and we just catch up on emails, while other days are a total mess with people coming in and out. The weather in Bangalore is usually okay, so we keep the windows open when the dust isn't too bad. We've been here in this spot for a bit and the locals know where to find us. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular building on a regular street. We handle the hiring stuff for various places and try to keep everyone's details in order. It's just a job like any other. We like the neighborhood because there are good tea stalls nearby. When the work piles up, we just stay a bit later until it's all sorted. There’s no big secret to how we operate, we just show up and do the work. It is a bit disorganized sometimes, but we manage.
