Hr Team Lead

Down at 5 2 in Richmond Town, you will find our office for Hr Team Lead. Richmond Town has a lot of history and it’s a nice area of Bangalor to be based in. Our office isn't anything too large, just a decent space where we handle the lead roles for hiring projects. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different groups and making sure everyone is on the same page. Working in this part of town means we see a lot of people coming and going. The pace of work here is usually steady. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, just a group that gets the job done right from our spot here. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or chatting on the phone with managers who need new staff. It’s straightforward work, but it requires being careful with the details. We like the neighborhood because it feels established. There are good places nearby to grab a quick lunch before heading back to the files. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know how the local market moves around here. It’s mostly about being organized and keeping the lines of communication open between all the different parties involved. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that, we just show up at the office and work through the list of tasks we have for that day.
