Hr Recruter is located in Vijayanagar, Bangalore. Our address is C O Basavaraj H 1740, 6th A Main, 7th Cross, in the RPC Layout. It is a well-known area and we have been here for a while now. The office is a simple setup where we handle everything related to finding staff for local companies. I spend my time going through applications and talking to people who are looking for a change in their career. It is not a flashy place. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. Vijayanagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something happening outside. We try to keep our process very simple. We don't use any big marketing words or try to act like a corporate giant. We are just local people helping other locals find work. I find that being honest with people works best. If I don't think a job is right for someone, I tell them why. It saves everyone time in the long run. We work with a variety of businesses around Bangalore. Sometimes they need help for just a short time, and other times it is for a permanent role. We just take the details and do our best to find a good match. It is practical, everyday work and it keeps us busy. We are just a small part of the community here and we like it that way.
