You can find our office at 360 7Th A Cross in Subramanyapura Post, specifically in the Aerahali part of the AGS Layout. This is our home base for Hr Recruiter in Bangalore 60. It’s a bit of a quieter residential area compared to the city center, which is quite nice because it’s not as loud when we’re trying to conduct interviews with candidates. The office is just a plain room with the basic stuff we need to get the daily job done. We spend a lot of time on the computer, obviously, because that's where all the job applications come in these days. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff members; it's just a few of us here doing the legwork. We keep things very simple. If a company needs a driver or a clerk or a warehouse manager, they tell us what they want and we go looking for them. It involves a lot of scrolling through different websites and calling people back to see if they are still interested. Sometimes the candidates are great, and sometimes they don't show up for the interview at all, which is just a normal part of life in this business. We don't have any grand plans for world domination, we just want to keep the office running and help folks get placed where they can actually do the work. The 7th A Cross is a decent street, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture here.
