If you're looking for us, we're at Gousiya Tannimpw 129, on the ground floor of East Street in At Halli, Shanthinagar. In the Bangalore 27 area, this is where you'll find the Hr Recruiter team most days of the week. Being on the ground floor is quite nice because we don't have to deal with any broken elevators or stairs, and it's easier for people to just walk in off the street when they see us. The office is pretty small, honestly, and it can get a bit cramped when more than three people are inside. We have our computers and some mismatched chairs for when people come in for a chat about their work experience. Shanthinagar is an older part of town with its own unique character and narrow streets. We don’t go for the polished corporate look because that’s not really who we are as people. We’re just regular staff trying to help other regular folks find a way to earn a living. Some days we are absolutely swamped with resumes and other days it's just us drinking tea and waiting for the phone to finally ring. We handle all the local recruitment stuff for various companies around this part of Bangalore. It’s a practical job that requires some patience. We look at the requirements, we look at the person, and we see if they match up. There’s no secret magic to it, just a lot of checking details and making sure people are telling the truth.
