Hr Recruiter is located at 3 4 1 Lingalyapalya in the Ulsoor part of Bangalore. Being a recruiter in this city means dealing with a lot of noise and a lot of people looking for a lucky break. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some basic furniture, but it's where we spend eight or nine hours a day staring at computer screens and answering the phone. Ulsoor is always moving and shaking, and we are right in the thick of it near the main lanes. We get people from all over coming in to talk about their jobs and what they can do. Some days are just constant emails and others are spent waiting for people to show up for interviews that they sometimes just forget about. It's a bit frustrating but that's just the reality of this business. We have a few desks squeezed into the space and usually there's some tea going in the corner. The address is pretty straightforward once you get into the right lane of Lingalyapalya. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing because there's honestly no point. We just look at what's available and see who needs work. It’s a simple process even if the paperwork makes it look more complicated than it is. Bangalore has a lot of these small offices tucked away in various buildings, and we are just one of them. We just try to make the matches work out.
