Hr Recruiter

We are over on Hutchins Road in St Thomas Town, Bangalore. Specifically, we are at No 14 on the 4th Cross. This part of Bangalore still has some of that old charm with big trees and quieter streets, though it is getting busier every year. Our office for Hr Recruiter is in a small building that blends in with the houses around it. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. You just walk in and we are there at our desks. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone. We talk to people looking for jobs and try to figure out where they might fit. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We take our time and try to understand what people are actually looking for. The 4th Cross is a nice little street. Sometimes we go for a walk when we need a break from the screens. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten to know the people nearby. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and old files, but it feels like home to us. We don't follow any corporate scripts or use big buzzwords. We just speak plainly and try to get things done. It's a modest setup, but it works for what we do. If you're coming by, look for No 14, it's easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. It is just a regular house turned into an office space for our small team.
