Hr Executives

We are Hr Executives and our base is currently over at Kmsboys Hostel in the 3rd Stage of Basaveshwara Nagar. It might sound a bit strange to have a business in a hostel but it’s where we are for now. Bangalore is an expensive place for real office space so we make do with what we have in 4th Block. The room is usually full of papers and someone is always on a call. It’s a busy environment because there are always students and workers moving around the building. We focus on the work rather than how the office looks. Most days we are just sitting around the table with our laptops open. Basaveshwara Nagar is a nice area with plenty of parks, though we don't get much time to walk in them. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to take a break until the generator kicks in. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one wears suits here. We just wear whatever is clean and get to work on the tasks for the day. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors but people understand. We’ve been here for a bit and the local shopkeepers know us by now. It’s not a corporate skyscraper but it’s our space and we keep it running. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine, just some basic chairs and a lot of determination to get through the daily list.
