Hr Executive

Hr Executive is situated near the Whitefield Railway Station, which is a very busy part of the Kadugodi area. We are over at Hal Belthura, working with Cgovind Raju. It is a convenient spot because of the trains, so people are always moving around outside. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks and chairs and a lot of folders. Being so close to the station means it can get noisy with the announcements and the engines, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some local biscuits. Most of our day is spent talking to workers and checking their details. It is a practical way to run things. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks like the occasional leaky tap or a door that squeaks. We don't mind it much. It’s a real place where real work happens. We handle the HR stuff without making it complicated. If you are coming from the station, it’s only a short walk. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the neighbors well. It is a hardworking environment and we just focus on getting through the list of tasks we have each morning. Sometimes the station crowd makes it hard to find parking, but we manage.
