Our office is over on Bannergatta Road, right at the Arekere Gate. We’re in the Svs Building, which is next to the Namasthe Factory. If you know where Venkatesha Bakery is, we’re right there too, specifically c o Venkatesha Bakery. It’s a busy area with a lot of manufacturing and small shops around. We share the space with a few others, and it can get a bit loud during the day. We handle a lot of the back-end HR tasks for some of the local businesses here. This includes things like managing payroll or just keeping track of attendance records. We aren’t a huge department, despite the name. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things running smoothly for the people we work with. W O Prashanth Ku is often here managing the daily operations. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork that comes with running a factory or a shop. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. We try to be practical about things. If there’s a problem with someone’s pay or a dispute, we just sit down and try to talk it through. We’ve been in this spot near the gate for quite some time, so we’re pretty used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The smell from the bakery next door is usually pretty good in the mornings. We just share a common bathroom in the hallway and keep things clean enough for visitors.
