We are located over on Woc Road in Mahalakshmipuram. The exact spot is 538, 4Th Main, 11Th Cross. It’s a quiet enough corner of Bangalore 86 compared to some other parts. We’ve been operating out of this building for a bit now, mostly focusing on the small-scale stuff that bigger firms don’t bother with. Our name is Hr Cunsultant, and while the spelling was a bit of an oversight on the paperwork, we just kept it. It’s a bit of a reminder that we’re just regular people. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. When you walk in, you’re usually just talking to whoever is sitting at the nearest desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through resumes. It’s steady work. We help local businesses get their HR side of things sorted out without them having to hire a full-time person for it. It works out for everyone. We like being in this neighborhood. It’s got a good feel to it, and we’re close enough to the main roads to be accessible. We don’t do any big marketing or have any flashy ads. Most people find us because they heard about us from someone else or they saw our small sign while walking by. It's a simple operation, really. Our neighbor has a small dog that barks at the mailman, which is usually the loudest thing that happens all day. We keep the ceiling fan on high and just get through the work.
