Hr Coordinator

We’re tucked away in Bangalore 47, specifically over at 199 5 20A in 20Th I Crossejipura. Viveknagar Po is nearby, and the area is getting crowded, but we’ve got our little space. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you find us, it’s pretty straightforward. We spend our time coordinating between different groups, trying to make the hiring process a bit less of a headache. It's mostly answering phones, sending out emails, and keeping track of who is supposed to be where. We don't have a big team or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the details don't get lost. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there are a lot of openings to fill at once. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now. The post office is close by, which is handy when we have to mail out physical documents. We don't go in for anything fancy. The office is just a place to get work done. We handle the basic stuff that companies usually find too tedious to do themselves. If someone needs a hand with their staff lists or some interview scheduling, they come find us here. It’s practical work. We just try to stay organized and keep things moving forward for everyone involved. No magic to it, just keeping the records straight and making sure people get a call back. When the monsoon hits, the lane gets a bit muddy, but we manage just fine.
