Koramangala is a busy place, and that is exactly where we are based. Our Hr Consulting Firm has been around this part of Bangalore for a good while now. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the traffic, but we’ve grown to like the neighborhood. The office itself is nothing too fancy. We just have what we need to get the work done, like some desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use during the day. Most of our time is spent looking at piles of resumes or talking to folks on the phone. We get all kinds of people coming in, from kids just out of college to older people looking for a complete change. It’s always interesting to see who walks through the door next. We handle the boring but important stuff like background checks and making sure the paperwork for new hires is all correct. We don't try to sound like a big corporate machine because we aren't one. It’s just us here, trying to help local companies find the right hands for their work. We stay pretty busy because Bangalore never really stops moving. If you’re around the Koramangala area, you’ve probably passed by our building once or twice. We don’t do much advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or just by seeing our name. It’s a simple business, really. We just connect people who need work with people who need workers.
