We are over in Mahalakshmi Layout in Bangalore, specifically at Shrikanteshwar Nagar. Our office is located at 1-1-19 on the 6th B Main Road. It’s a nice residential area that has slowly become more commercial over the years. We’ve got a small space here where we handle all our consulting work. It’s mostly just desks and computers, with resumes piled up in corners. We spend a lot of time on the 560096 side of town, talking to neighbors and local business owners. The work is pretty much what you’d expect from an HR place. We take calls, set up meetings, and try to match people with the right jobs. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We like to keep things casual and easygoing. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for people to find us, but once they get here, it’s a quiet spot to talk. We don't have any flashy marketing or big promises. We just look at the skills people have and see if anyone is hiring for that. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of phone time. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a simple business, run by people who just want to help other people find a steady way to earn a living. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the paperwork.
