We are based at 6 Sahana Mansion, which is located in Sonthamanahalli right on Sacred Hearts Road in the T C Palya area of K R Puram. It is a decent spot in Bangalore, though the traffic near the junction can be a real headache some days. Our office is fairly simple, tucked inside the mansion building where we handle all the hiring and recruitment stuff. We have been here for a bit, and most of the locals know where we are. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We spend hours sorting through folders and calling people back to see if they are still looking for a position. We don't have a big fancy lobby, so people usually just come in and sit right by the desks. It feels more like a home office sometimes because of how we have it set up. We handle various tasks like checking references and helping people fix up their resumes so they look halfway decent. K R Puram is a growing place, so there is always something to do. We don’t really do any big advertising; people mostly find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign outside. It’s just a small team of us working here every day, trying to keep things moving along. We like the neighborhood even if it gets a little noisy with the bikes passing by. It’s a practical way to run a business.
