You can find us at Doctor's Layout in Arekeri Village, which is just off the main Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. We work out of a small place on the 2nd Main. It’s mostly just support work here. We help with the everyday tasks that keep an office running. This includes things like filing away employee records, making sure the attendance machine is working, and helping people with their joining forms. It’s not a very big operation. We spend most of the day at our desks. Bannerghatta Road is always moving so there’s a lot of energy outside, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we have to help out with the initial screening of candidates before they go for their real interviews. We keep track of who is on leave and who is working overtime. It’s all very practical stuff. The layout is a nice area and we’ve been here for some time now. We don't really have any big slogans or anything. We just take care of the administrative side of things so the business can keep going. A lot of the work is repetitive, like updating the employee database, but it has to be done right. We just try to stay on top of the pile of papers that lands on the desk every single morning. It’s a steady job in a busy part of the city. We like it here and the work keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening.
