Hr Access

We operate out of a space at 86/10 on 5th A Cross in Dwarakanagar. It’s part of BSK 3rd Stage in Bangalore. If you’re looking for us, we are C/O Kshivalinge Gowda. It is a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main roads. We go by the name Hr Access. Our setup is very modest. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby. It’s just a place where we sit down and get to work on recruitment and staff management. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or responding to messages. We don't have a fancy website with a lot of promises. We just know a lot of people in the industry and try to connect them with the right opportunities. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. Sometimes we meet people at the local coffee shop if the office feels too cramped. The building we are in is older, but it has character. We have piles of resumes that we go through every morning. It’s a slow process sometimes, making sure we haven't missed anything. We aren't a huge corporation, just a small team working out of Dwarakanagar. We like the personal touch of being in a neighborhood like this. People can just stop by and have a chat without it being a big formal deal. We just do our best to stay organized and keep everyone's information safe while we look for matches.
