Hr Access

Our office, Hr Access, is on the 10th Cross, 1st B Main Road in RPC Layout. That is over in the Vijayanagar area of Bangalore. It is a busy neighborhood and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of employment stuff. Some days it is just a lot of data entry and other days we are talking to people all afternoon. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some desks and computers. We have some old posters on the walls and a lot of binders stacked up in the corner. We get all kinds of people coming through the door. Some are looking for their first job and others are looking to change careers. We don't have a big polished pitch for anyone. We just tell them what is available and see if it fits. Being in Vijayanagar is good because the transport is easy for people to get here. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out the street noise. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everyone’s records, but we have a system that mostly works. Sometimes things get misplaced, but we always find them eventually. We just keep plugging away at the tasks and try to be as helpful as we can without making it complicated. It is just a regular office doing regular things to keep the business going every day.
