Our spot is E-205 in Naraina Vihar. It’s a well-known residential and commercial pocket and we have been operating from this address for a while now. The space is basically a converted area that works perfectly for a small tech setup. We have our benches lined up against the walls and a small area for people to stand when they bring in their HP gear. Naraina Vihar can get quite busy with traffic so we usually hear the horns and the general bustle of the city all day long. It’s a straightforward operation here. No fancy reception desk or uniform. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work on whatever needs fixing. Sometimes we are waiting for a specific part to arrive and the shop feels a bit empty and other times it’s packed with units waiting for pick up. We try to keep things moving as fast as possible because we know how much people need their devices. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside at once but we make it work. The neighborhood has a lot of small businesses like ours and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a practical no-nonsense place to get your computer looked at without any fuss.
