We are located inside Neeladri Apartments B Block which is unit 211. It is on 4th Cross K R Garden Road right off Windtunnel Road in Murgeshpalya. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot compared to the main road shops. We mostly serve the people living in the complex and the surrounding residential streets. Since we are in an apartment block it feels more like a home office than a big retail store. You have to come through the gate and find the block which isn't too hard once you've been here once. Bangalore 17 is a busy area but our little corner stays relatively peaceful except for the planes from the airport nearby. We have all our equipment set up in one of the rooms and that’s where the magic happens or where we just struggle with stubborn hardware for hours. It’s a very local thing we have going here. No big signs or flashing lights. Just a door and some people who know how to work on HP computers. We often have people dropping by after work because they live just a few floors away or in the next building. It makes the day go by fast when you know your customers by name. We just try to keep things running for everyone in the neighborhood and keep our own sanity in the process.
