Working out of Triplicane at the Hp Global Delivery India Center means dealing with a lot of noise and history. Our address is a bit confusing because it’s Old No 39 but also New No 77 on T P Kovil Street. If you’re trying to find us, just look for the shops near the temple. Chennai is always hot, and this street is no exception. We are usually inside with the fans or AC going, trying to keep up with the work coming in. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. There’s a lot of movement on T P Kovil Street, people selling stuff, bikes everywhere, and the smell of food from the local messes. We aren’t doing anything glamorous here, just the regular delivery operations that keep a big company moving. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters in, which is a struggle in the Triplicane traffic. Inside, it’s just a bunch of people on computers. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas you see in magazines. We have our desks, our coffee mugs, and the occasional pile of files that need sorting. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially during festival times when the temple is busy, but we’ve gotten used to it.
