Hosmac India Pvt Ltd has been based out of Bangalore for a good while now. Living and working here in Karnataka means you get used to the weather and the legendary traffic that everyone talks about. Our office isn't anything flashy, just a place where the team gathers to handle the daily tasks. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or tucked behind our laptops. The coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the whole room because we all need that extra kick to get through the afternoon slump. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices with bean bags and ping pong tables. It’s just desks, chairs, and people trying to do their jobs right. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of paperwork piling up on the desks. We usually order lunch from the local spots nearby, sharing food and talking about whatever happened over the weekend. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time, even when things get a bit hectic. We’ve seen the city change so much over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. But inside our four walls, things stay pretty consistent. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to make sure everything is handled properly before we head home for the day. It is just us doing our thing in Bangalore and keeping at it day after day.
