We go by Horizon Career Management Services, though mostly we just think of ourselves as the people who help out with jobs and careers. Our office in Bangalore isn't tucked away in some huge glass tower; it’s more of a local spot where we can actually talk to people. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to folks about what they want to do with their lives. It can be a bit stressful for them, so we try to keep things calm and straightforward. The neighborhood is pretty active, and there's usually a bit of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been at this for a bit, and we’ve seen all sorts of people come through. Some are just starting out, others are looking for a big change. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the essentials like desks, chairs, and a working computer. Sometimes the tea runs out or the printer jams, but we manage to keep things moving. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, helping people find their way in the working world without any big fuss or complicated talk. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a reliable place for the community.
