You can find us at M N Complex on Sampige Road in Malleswaram. We are on the first floor, which is number 19. It’s quite close to Mantri Mall, so there is always a lot of activity around here. Malleswaram is such an old, busy part of Bangalore and we fit right into it. The shop is not too big, but we have enough space for the chairs and mirrors. We spend most of our time sweeping up hair and talking to the people who live in the surrounding lanes. It's a regular salon where you come to get your hair done without much fuss. The building itself is older, but it works for us. Getting here is easy because the metro is nearby, but the traffic on Sampige Road can be quite something during peak hours. We usually have the radio playing or just the sound of the scissors and blow dryers. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk person; we just handle things as they come. Sometimes people stop in while they are out shopping for vegetables or heading to the mall. It’s just a neighborhood place. We like the regulars who have been coming for years. It’s not a corporate chain, just a local shop in a busy market area. We try to keep the place clean and ready for the next person who walks through the door.
