Hometech Solutions is tucked away in Banashankari 3rd Stage. If you know the Kathriguppa area, you know how the roads can be a bit confusing with all the crosses and mains. We are at 2nd Cross, specifically at number 56. It’s a decent spot, though parking is a nightmare if you bring a big car. We spend most of our time looking at broken stuff or talking to folks on the phone. The shop isn't very large. There's a counter that’s seen better days and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We usually have a fan going full blast because it gets stuffy inside. Srinivasanagar is a busy residential pocket, so we see a lot of local faces. Usually, someone is dropping something off or asking if we can come by their house later in the evening. We try to keep a schedule, but things always run late. That's just the way it is when you're working with your hands. Sometimes we run out of spare parts and have to wait for the courier. It's frustrating for us and the customers, but we can't do much about it. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people find us by word of mouth or just seeing the sign when they're walking to the market nearby. It's a simple operation, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the repairs and getting through the day.
