Our setup is a bit different because we don't really have a big central office where everyone comes to sit in a classroom. We are based out of the 560095 area in Bangalore, but mostly, the work happens wherever the students are. We started this because we realized that for a lot of families, traveling across the city for extra help is just too much of a hassle. It takes up so much time in traffic that could be spent studying. So, we decided to keep it simple and just go to them. It’s a group of us who enjoy teaching and wanted to make it easier for local kids to get some extra attention. We cover a lot of different subjects, mostly the usual school curriculum stuff. Every student has a different way of learning, and being in their own home usually makes them feel a bit more relaxed. We don't use any fancy systems or special software. It's just a teacher, a student, and a notebook. We talk through the lessons, do the homework together, and try to prepare for whatever tests are coming up next. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy moving around this part of Bangalore. We don’t have a big sign outside or a reception desk. It’s just about connecting teachers with the families who need them right here in the neighborhood.
