We run our tuition work out of Agaram Post in Wadgaon Bk 386 and it is a very local setup that we have built over time. The building is just a regular house that we use for teaching the local students who live nearby. There is a small porch where students leave their shoes before coming inside to the main room where we have the benches. It is quite peaceful here compared to the city center which is nice when you are trying to explain difficult subjects to a group of teenagers. We have a few cupboards filled with old question papers and some basic supplies like chalk and boards. The day usually starts in the afternoon when the schools get over and the students start trickling in one by one. We don't have a big staff just a couple of us who know the subjects well and enjoy teaching the kids from the village area. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use emergency lights to finish the classes but we are used to those small problems. We don't have a fancy office with a receptionist or anything like that because everyone just knows where to find us. It's a humble place where we sit on the floor sometimes if there are too many students for the benches. We just want the kids to do well in their exams so we spend a lot of time going over the same chapters until they get it.
