H.K.S. Food Products

Over at S. No.27 in Muneshwaranagar, you will find H.K.S. Food Products. We are tucked into the B.S.K. 3rd Stage area, specifically around Hosakerehalli. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so we try to be mindful of the noise we make. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a main room where all the mixing and packing happens. It is not a huge place, so we have to stay organized or we would run out of room to move. The morning starts with the delivery trucks pulling up on the narrow street. We have got a routine down now where everyone knows their role without having to be told. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. That is just life in Hosakerehalli. We have a small window where we can see the street, and it is nice to see the kids walking to school while we work. The smell of our food products usually drifts down the block, which probably lets everyone know we are busy. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign out front. Most of our neighbors just know us as the food place at S. No.27. We take pride in just getting the work done and making sure everything is packed up right before it leaves the door. It is a simple operation, run by people who have lived in this part of town for a long time.
