Even though the name is Hk Legal Bangalore, you will actually find us down in Kochi at Kannenkeril House. We are located near the SNDP in the Kumbalanghipo area, specifically in the 682 007 pin code zone. It is a bit of a strange situation having Bangalore in the title while being based in Kerala, but that is just how it ended up. The office is basically part of a house, which gives it a much different feel than those big corporate towers in the city. It is much quieter here, and you can hear the birds and the local traffic rather than just constant sirens. We have set up our desks in a way that makes sense for the space we have. There are stacks of legal papers and files everywhere because that is the nature of the work. Most of the time, we are just sitting here going through documents or answering emails from people who need help with their paperwork. It is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing to making sure there is enough ink in the printer. We do not have a fancy waiting room with leather chairs. If you come by, you just pull up a regular chair and we talk. It is a very grounded way to work, and we prefer it that way. The local community knows us, and we are just another part of the neighborhood here.
