Hindustan Caterings

Hindustan Caterings is a small business located at No.66, Shop No.G-2 on Thimmaiah Road. We are in the Shivaji Nagar area, which is always bustling with activity. Our shop is quite close to Mysore Medical, so people often use that as a landmark to find us. We spend most of our time in the back where the cooking happens. It can get pretty hot in the kitchen, especially when we have a big order to get out. We do catering for different events, mostly local stuff like small parties or gatherings. The shop itself isn't huge, but it has everything we need to prepare the food. Shivaji Nagar is a busy neighborhood with lots of shops and people walking around. We have been here for a good while and the locals know us by now. We don't use fancy ingredients or anything, just the usual stuff you find in a good kitchen. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit of a rush, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate chain. It is just us making food and trying to get it to people on time. The floors are a bit worn and the walls could use some paint, but the kitchen is what matters. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking every day. It is hard work but we are used to the heat and the noise.
