Hiden Huts Dhaba

Hiden Huts Dhaba is located at number 7 on Devasandra Main Road in Ganganagar. It’s a bit of a local spot where things are kept pretty basic. We don’t have fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s a dhaba, so it’s meant to be a bit rugged and simple. Most of the work happens around the tandoor and the big pots we use for cooking. It gets smoky and loud, especially when the dinner rush starts. We don’t have a formal "About Us" page or a mission statement. We just open up, cook the food, and serve it to whoever sits down. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the bikes and trucks on Devasandra Main Road, but that’s the vibe of Ganganagar. Our staff is just a group of guys who have been working together for a while. We don't always get everything perfect; sometimes a glass breaks or an order takes a little longer than it should. We just try to keep things honest and the food hot. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get people in. Most of our regulars are people who live or work nearby and just want a place to sit for a bit. It’s a plain, hardworking place. If you’re looking for something polished, this probably isn't it, but if you want a real dhaba, we’re here at number 7. We keep the tea hot.
