Hi-tech Surgical Systems

Our office is at 65 Babu Genu Road, right across from the Corporation Bank and very close to Princess Street in Kalbadevi. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always packed and moving fast. We deal with surgical systems and medical supplies, which is a serious business but we keep our office atmosphere pretty down-to-earth. The building is one of those older ones typical of this part of town, with narrow stairs and lots of activity. We have boxes of equipment stacked up because space is always at a premium here. My staff and I spend most of our time coordinating with hospitals and clinics. It is a lot of logistics, making sure the right tools get to the right doctors at the right time. We don't have a flashy showroom with bright lights. Instead, it’s a working office where we check orders and talk to suppliers all day. It gets loud with the traffic from the street outside, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in Kalbadevi for years because this is where the medical trade happens. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a practical one that works for the kind of distribution we do. We focus on being reliable because people in the medical field don't have time for mistakes or fancy talk. Our small team just keeps the paperwork moving and the orders shipping out to the local hospitals every afternoon.
