We are located at Sy No 15/1 in Gubbalaia Village, right off Kanakapura Road in the 3rd Block. Being out here at Hi Tech Concrete Pvt Ltd means we deal with a lot of dust and heavy machinery. It’s just part of the job. The yard is usually full of trucks and there’s always the sound of engines running in the background. It’s definitely not the kind of place you’d wear your best shoes to. We’ve got a small office on-site where we handle the orders and keep track of all the delivery logs. Kanakapura Road is always busy, so getting in and out of the village takes some careful timing. Most of the guys have been here for years and we know the routine like the back of our hands. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. The sun gets pretty strong out in the open during the summer, but we just get on with it and stay hydrated. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us and the concrete mixers. Sometimes the weather slows things down, especially when it rains hard, but usually, we are on the go from early morning until dark. The office is a bit cramped with all the maps and files, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s a practical setup for a business like ours. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the trucks leave on time. Every day is pretty much the same.
