We’re based out of the Adhibhairava Compound on Arekere Main Road. If you know the B.G. Road area near the IIMB Post, we’re just a short trip from there. Our workshop is on the ground floor of the second block. It’s an engineering space, so you’ll usually find some grease on the floor and the sound of machines running in the background. It’s not the quietest place in Bangalore, but that’s just how it is when you’re making things. We’ve been in this compound for a good bit now, and the neighbors are all used to the clanking. The staff here are mostly guys who like fixing things and drawing up plans. We don’t wear suits or anything; it’s mostly work clothes that can handle a bit of dirt. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a mess, but we still manage to get the deliveries out on time. The space is filled with tools and parts, and we know exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We focus on the metal and the measurements. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure the parts we build actually fit where they’re supposed to go. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and it serves the purpose for everyone involved in the daily grind.
