Hewlett Packard

You can find us over at 716 Ex Service Men Colony in Dodda Banaswadi. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a good location for us in Bangalore 43. The area has a nice history, and we’ve tried to fit in without making too much of a fuss. Our work involves a lot of Hewlett Packard equipment, from the old reliable desktops to the newer, thinner laptops that seem to break if you look at them wrong. We aren't a big, polished showroom. It’s more of a workshop feel here. We’ve got cables everywhere and stacks of paper, but it’s how we like to work. The people who come in are usually our neighbors or folks from nearby businesses. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hello and sees what’s needed. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it seems to work for everyone. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth in Dodda Banaswadi usually brings in enough work to keep us busy. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for people to get to us, but once they’re inside, it’s pretty straightforward. We just take care of the tech issues and send people on their way. It’s just how we run things here, and we've been doing it this way for years.
