Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates is located at No 26, Gopi Nilyam in Sir M V Nagar, which is part of the RM Nagar area in Bangalore. Some people know the place as the Francis Thomas building. It’s a residential street, so it’s mostly houses and families around us. The building itself is a standard Bangalore-style house. We use the ground floor for our office work. There’s a bit of space out front where we usually park our scooters in the morning. Bangalore weather is usually pretty good, so we keep the windows open most of the time instead of using the AC. You can hear the birds in the trees and the occasional honking from the main road nearby. The office is just a bunch of rooms filled with desks and some older computers. We’ve got a small cupboard for our tea supplies and a fridge that hums a bit too loudly when it's quiet. It’s a very local, neighborhood vibe. We know the neighbors and the people who run the small grocery store down the lane. We don’t have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. It’s just us working through our daily lists. Sometimes we stay a little late when there’s a lot of work to do, but usually, we wrap up and head home on time. It’s a plain, honest workspace. We don’t try to impress anyone with fancy furniture or décor. It is just a place where we come to do our jobs.
