Helfen Career Consultancy

We are up on the 2nd floor at 41278 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a decent enough spot once you get inside. Helfen Career Consultancy is where we spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who are trying to find their next job. It can be a bit quiet some mornings, and other times we have people waiting in the hallway because we only have a few chairs. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a couple of filing cabinets for all the printed CVs we keep. We have a small window that looks out over the street, though the view isn't much to look at. We mostly just focus on the people who come in. Some are nervous and others are just tired of looking for work, so we just try to be practical with them. We don't use any fancy software to match people to jobs; we just read what they’ve done and try to think of who might be hiring. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved here, with new shops opening up all the time. We usually grab a quick bite from the bakery downstairs when things get busy. It’s a straightforward job, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just help people find work.
