If you walk down 5th Main Road in the 4th Block of Rajajinagar, you’ll find us at 149 B. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of town if you aren't used to the blocks, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. The shelves are packed with all sorts of boxes, from small thermometers to larger machines that take up a lot of room. There is always that specific smell of plastic packaging and clean metal. We spend a lot of time unboxing shipments and making sure everything is where it should be. People come in looking for things for their parents or for themselves after a hospital stay. It’s a lot of explaining how things work and showing people how to adjust the straps or read the screens. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a functional space where you can actually touch the equipment and see if it fits your needs. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow road for a few minutes while we unload, and the neighbors have to wait. It’s just part of the day. The fan hums in the corner and we keep the ledger near the front door. We like the pace of Rajajinagar. It’s busy but people still take a minute to talk about their day. It’s an honest way to spend the time, helping folks get what they need for their health without any fuss or pressure at all.
