Heenas Food Catering operates out of the Choba Rose Apartment, which is No.2035 on the Whitefield Main Road. If you’re familiar with the area, we are directly opposite the HLL office. Whitefield is a hectic place these days with all the IT offices and new developments, but we’ve managed to carve out our own little corner here. Running a catering service from an apartment building means we have to be very organized. Our kitchen is where all the work happens, though it’s more about persistence than anything else. We’ve got stoves going most of the day, and the smell of cooking usually drifts out onto the main road. Being right across from HLL makes us easy to find for anyone coming to visit. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We’re just a group of people who know how to cook for a crowd. Whether it’s a small office lunch or a larger family gathering, we handle it from our Whitefield base. The traffic on the main road is a constant factor in our lives, especially when we’re trying to get deliveries out on time, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We just keep our heads down, focus on the food, and try to make sure every order that leaves Choba Rose is something we’re happy to serve. It's a busy life, but it's what we know.
