Vascular Concepts Ltd.

Our workspace is on the first floor of the SV Complex at No.19. We are right on Bellary Road in the Hebbal area of Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can be around Hebbal, so we’re always listening to the sound of horns from the flyover. Vascular Concepts Ltd. is where we handle a lot of technical and medical-related things. It’s an office environment, but it’s not particularly formal. We have rows of desks, some computer monitors, and a lot of specialized equipment stored in the back. The building itself is busy with other businesses, so there’s always people moving up and down the stairs. We spend most of our hours looking at data or managing the logistics of our medical products. It’s important work, but we talk about it in very plain terms. There’s no corporate jargon used in the breakroom. We usually just talk about the weekend or the latest cricket score while we wait for the kettle to boil. The windows look out over the road, and sometimes we just watch the cars go by when we need a break. It is a functional space meant for productivity, not for showing off. We keep the files organized as best we can and make sure the shipments go where they are supposed to. It’s just a regular group of people working together in a busy part of the city, trying to get things done right every day.
