Our Hdfc Bank is located at C O Sham Rao, 156 3rd Main, 4th Block Katriguppe in the Bsk 3rd Stage area of Bangalore. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around here. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we’ve seen how the area has changed over the years. The bank itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and the usual machines. It’s not about being corporate or fancy. We are just here to help people with their banking. Whether it's a small deposit or a question about a statement, we just handle it one person at a time. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the Bangalore traffic, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to be practical and get things right. Most of us live nearby, so we understand what it’s like to live and work in Katriguppe. We know the shortcuts and the local shops, and that helps us connect with the people who come in. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it seriously without needing to sound like a commercial. We just open up, do the work, and help the local residents manage their money the best way we can.
