We’re over at 368 in the Kalewadi area of Rajajinagar. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Our shop handles all kinds of home appliances. We have some new ones on the floor, but we also do a lot of repair work. People bring in their mixers, stoves, and other gadgets when they stop working. We try to fix things rather than just telling people to buy new ones. It’s more practical that way. The shop floor is a bit tight because we try to keep a good variety of stuff on hand. Sometimes you have to sidestep a washing machine to get to the counter. We don't have a professional decorator or anything. It’s just a shop where we work. My wife handles the books and I do most of the repairs with one other guy. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Rajajinagar. We just want to be the place people can trust to give them a straight answer. Some days we have more work than we can handle, and other days it’s a bit quiet. We just take it as it comes.
