Hamsa Hasheera

Hamsa Hasheera is tucked away at 204 on 1st Cross in Subash Nagar. We are right on Kumbara Street, which can get quite narrow when the delivery trucks try to come through. Our space is small, but we make it work. It’s a quiet enough area during the day, which we like. Most of our day is spent organizing stock and talking to people who wander in from the street. We’ve got a few shelves that we put up ourselves, and they’re a bit crooked if you look closely. It gives the place some character, I guess. We aren’t trying to be some high-end shop. It’s just a place where we sell what we have and try to be helpful. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next shipment, which is annoying for everyone. We drink a lot of tea here while we wait for customers. The neighborhood is mostly families, so things are pretty relaxed. We don’t have a website or any of that, just the shop and the sign outside. It’s been this way for a while now. If you’re looking for us, look for the blue door. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we spend our time and earn a living. We keep the lights on and the door open as much as we can.
