Halli Mane Food Court

Halli Mane Food Court is located right at Frazer Town Maldatta Chowk. It is a busy corner and there is always something going on outside. We have several different sections here where we handle various types of food throughout the day. The space is quite open, which is good when it gets hot in the afternoons. You will mostly find us running around between the tables or checking on the supplies in the back. Frazer Town is a loud place, especially near Maldatta Chowk, so there is constant traffic noise in the background while we work. We have some plastic chairs and heavy tables that we move around depending on how many people show up at once. It isn't a very quiet place, but it feels alive. Some of the staff have been here since we first started, and we just go about our business every day. We spend a lot of time washing dishes and wiping down the counters because things get messy fast. It is a straightforward operation without any bells or whistles. We just open the gates in the morning and stay until the last person leaves at night. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we are doing when we are prepping the ingredients. It is just our daily routine here at the food court. We don't have a big corporate office or anything, just this spot.
