You can find our office, Hal, over in Vimanapura, Bangalore 17. We are on Plot 26, right at First Cross on Vth Main in Vinayaka Nagar. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know the turns, but it’s a good spot once you find it. We aren't in one of those high-rise buildings you see in other parts of Bangalore. Our place is more modest and sits right in the middle of the neighborhood. It’s a busy part of town with the airport nearby, so you hear the planes taking off sometimes. We’ve been here for a long time. The office is full of stuff we’ve collected over the years, like old folders and books. It’s not very tidy, but we know where the important things are kept. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just handle things as they come. People stop by to drop off papers or just to talk about business. We usually have some tea going if anyone wants a cup. It’s not a fast-paced environment where everyone is shouting. We just take it slow and make sure we don't make mistakes. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but that’s just how Bangalore is. We like it here because it’s close to everything we need and the neighbors are friendly enough. We’re just a small part of this big city, trying to get through the work week. There is no big secret to how we do things. We just show up and do work.
