Hair Biz Unisex Salon

We are tucked away in Appanna Mansion on the 1st cross of Chocolate Factory Road. It’s a bit of a funny name for a street, but everyone in BTM Layout knows where it is. Our shop is Hair Biz, and we’ve been operating out of this building for a while. It’s right opposite the bank on the Tavarekere main road side, so it’s easy to find if you’re doing your errands. We take in both men and women, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the week. The 1st Stage of BTM is always buzzing with students and young professionals, so we see a lot of different faces. Some days the water pressure is a bit low, or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how things are around here. We just carry on with what we’re doing. The salon isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit enough chairs so people don't have to wait outside. We don't have a receptionist, so one of us usually looks up from a haircut to say hello when someone walks in. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We talk about movies or the traffic while we work. Most people come in for a quick trim or a hair color. We use standard products and keep our scissors sharp. It’s a practical place for folks living in the mansion or nearby apartments to get their hair sorted out without much fuss or spending too much money.
