We are H Raghavendra Udupa Cooking Contractor, and we work out of number 115 in Vishveshwaraiah Puram. Our place is situated right near Sajjan Rao Circle, which is a very famous spot known for its food and old temples. If you go just behind the Sri Sathyanarayanaswamy Kalyan Mantapa, you will find where we are based. Being in V V Puram is great because it’s really the heart of the city’s traditional food culture. We spend most of our time dealing with large metal pots, big stoves, and plenty of fresh ingredients. It’s definitely not a quiet or clean job. There is always the sound of someone chopping vegetables or water boiling on the stove. We aren't a big catering company with fancy brochures or a sales team. We just cook for weddings and local events like we have been doing for many years now. The kitchen is our main space, and it stays very busy from early morning. We know all the local vendors for the best vegetables and spices around Sajjan Rao Circle. It’s a hectic life, especially during the heavy wedding season when the Kalyan Mantapa nearby is booked up every single day. We don't have a polished office; we just have a large workspace that constantly smells like sambar and fried spices. It’s what we do and what we know. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time and people know us.
