Gullus Chaats

Gullus Chaats is located right where things get busy near Kumara Park West, specifically around the 1st Cross on K S S Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address with Ambedkar Nagar and Bande Palya right there near the Hosur Main Road. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a while now. The shop isn't big, but we make use of every inch of space we have. There’s always bowls of ingredients sitting out and the sound of people talking over each other. We serve snacks that people like to eat when they’re out for a walk or heading home from the office. It gets quite crowded in the evenings. Sometimes it’s hard to keep track of who ordered what when five people are talking at once. We try our best to keep things moving. The floor gets a bit messy with all the foot traffic, so we’re always sweeping up. It’s not the quietest place to be, but that’s just how chaat shops are. We don't have a menu with pictures or anything, just the items we know how to make well. The spices can sometimes get in your throat if you're standing too close to the prep area. It’s just a normal part of the day for us here in 41306. We open up in the afternoon and stay until the snacks run out and the pots are finally empty. It is a noisy, busy, and very normal place.
